Our Process
Email us a plan of your benches to sales@lineastone.co.nz. No need for them to be scale but do note dimensions, mark polished (seen) edges with an ‘X’ and where sink and hob cutouts will be.
We’ll send you a quote within 24 hours.
If all looks good, come in and see us to choose your colour and thickness. From there, send in the attached order form (link) and note we need all information completed to avoid mistakes being made, as there is no recommendations made when we template.
We’ll send you an invoice for the deposit (50%) which we need paid at least 2 weeks prior to template date.
When all of the cabinets are installed, level and securely fixed in place, call us on (09) 820 0795 to come and template. It’s an electronic process which will take about 45 minutes. We need clean bench space and nobody else in the kitchen.
From there we will start making the bench straight away, so no time to make changes. Install for 20 mm and 30 mm benches will take 5-7 working days . For thicker tops allow 2-3 weeks.
The final 50% payment is due the day we install and that’s when your warranty will start.
Your plumber can hook up the waste for your sink 24 hours after our install (absolutely no sooner or the sink will likely fall out down the track). Your sparkie can install the cooktop immediately after we’ve left.
